I recently had the pleasure of photographing the Fair Share CSA Coalition’s 10th Annual Bike The Barns event. What an absolutely  gorgeous day to do a really cool thing: bike to local farms and sample delicious, locally sourced and prepared food. The ride is held each year to raise money for Fair Share’s Partner Shares Program which provides assistance to low-income households towards purchasing fresh, local, and organic food.  After biking through the beautiful Wisconsin countryside, riders were invited to take tours at each of the farm stops and were treated to live music while they noshed on delicious goodies, made with locally grown or produced ingredients.  Beautiful scenery, good food, happy people. My kind of day!
