Well, this has been a most unexpected Spring season, but like all seasons, it will pass. Like everyone else, I have been staying Safer at Home with my family and taking stock of life and the world around me. Spending time with loved ones, getting out into nature, trying new recipes, and wondering when the heck this will be over.

I am thankful that Spring has arrived in Wisconsin, gradually adding color back into the landscape and warming up for more time spent out of the house. I love how Nature continues on, no matter what is going on in our lives. I’ve been trying to share little glimpses of Spring on my Instagram account @carolinemariephoto.

Like many small businesses, I have had cancellations and changes, but am hopeful that once restrictions ease, I can get back out there (in a socially distanced and safe manner), to help families and small businesses record this very unique time in history.

Luckily, I have the best clients ever and have had some interest in safe, socially distanced, outdoor sessions at home.  I look forward to even more beauty in nature, warmer temps, and getting back out to see clients and old friends.

We can do hard things. We can do this.
